Welcome to my sparks page
I'm 36 and tired of the yo-yo weight that I've struggled with all my life. I was using SP ages ago - but I clearly fell off the wagon big time - although I had a couple of years of success. This time - THIS IS IT! All my life my weight has fluctuated drastically, I've never thrown out a pair of jeans or a nice dress because it no longer fits, as I've been confident that I'll gain or loss weight again eventually. This time - THIS IS IT! All my life my weight has fluctuated drastically, I've never thrown out a pair of jeans or a nice dress because it no longer fits, as I've been confident that I'll gain or loss weight again eventually. BUT this time I have the commitment, strength and perseverance to loss the extra weight and keep it off for good!

My Goals:
I want to cross country ski up a mountain in the Rocky mountain range by Christmas. GOAL met! I will run a 10k before my 36th birthday. I want to feel fit, healthy and confident once again! GOAL met! I will run/walk a half marathon this year!
My Program:
I'm using the fitness tracker and calorie tracker every day. I ride my bike for an hour ~6 times a week, step machine or jogging 3 times a week and yoga once a week. I've been doing Nicole's strength training videos 3 times a week and LOVE my SP fitness starter kit.
Other Information:
I am blessed with relatively good health, loads of supportive friends and family and a loving boyfriend and of course this community of super supportive sparkers. With all this support I know that I can over come small set backs and take two steps forward for every one step back.
