I'm 36 and tired of the yo-yo weight that I've struggled with all my life. I was using SP ages ago - but I clearly fell off the wagon big time - although I had a couple of years of success. My Goals:
I want to cross country ski up a mountain in the Rocky mountain range by Christmas. GOAL met!

I will run a 10k before my 36th birthday. I want to feel fit, healthy and confident once again! GOAL met!

I will run/walk a half marathon this year!

My Program:
I'm using the fitness tracker and calorie tracker every day. I ride my bike for an hour ~6 times a week, step machine or jogging 3 times a week and yoga once a week. I've been doing Nicole's strength training videos 3 times a week and LOVE my SP fitness starter kit.

Other Information:
I am blessed with relatively good health, loads of supportive friends and family and a loving boyfriend and of course this community of super supportive sparkers. With all this support I know that I can over come small set backs and take two steps forward for every one step back.

Hey Girl!!! WOO HOOOOOOOOO you are SOARIN! Even with all your busy schedule at school.. you are the in YELLOW level for fitness minutes and getting in all that running! You are AMAZING!!!!
