Feet don't Fail Me Now!

This is my FOURTH year on SparkPeople. I achieved my goal weight in 2012, and since then, I have generally maintained. My new goal is to regain the muscle tone I've lost and create an even healthier, fuller life for myself. SparkPeople has truly changed my life--sometimes it has been the only "place" for me to come and interact with positive people who want to make healthier choices.
My advice to newer Sparkers is to never give up. This is LIFE not a RACE, and life has ups and downs. ...

Run a Full Marathon in 2013. No more injury or illness, please, please!



My Program:
Until my P90x arrives, I am doing a combination of Spark's Cardio Blast DVD, Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltown, & ChaLEAN extreme. I am eating well and staying within all my ranges.
p-90x will arrive in mid April.

Personal Information:
I love old movies and trying new foods and restaurants. I'm working on doing the latter in a non-destructive, weight-loss friendly way!

You're the second to have recommended ChaLEAN! I'll check it out next time I have money for fitness stuff. :)

I was trying to stick to the book's program, but looks like I have to make changes. I'm hoping I will come to like weights more, as I know it's what I need to do. ;)

Edit: I took a peek at ChaLEAN and it does look like something that might work for me! Definitely will keep it in mind! Thanks!

Very yum!! Glad I was giving them away the same day I baked them emoticon
I really like that medal hanger. I'm do a lot of virtual races so I'm collecting a lot of bling without a lot of crowds :-)
