    I'm okay with them in baked goods or oatmeal but that certainly won't work with your raw food trial. Maybe you could try them in overnight oats because it isn't cooked. Of course it's grain.

    The thing about my brain catching up, or not, really helped get me moving yesterday. Just gotta make myself understand that my brain isn't always going to want to do the right thing, and I have to do it anyway.
