Feet don't Fail Me Now!

This is my third year on SparkPeople. My journey started for weight-loss, and I achieved my goal weight in 2012. I've gained 7 pounds back due to a challenging commute, and I am committing to achieving AWESOME health this year. I don't want to have regrets about never getting into "peak" physical condition and treating my body the best I can. I love being outdoors, too. Until my P90x arrives, I am doing a combination of Spark's Cardio Blast DVD, Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltown, & ChaLEAN extreme. I am eating well and staying within all my ranges.
p-90x will arrive in mid April.

Personal Information:
I love old movies and trying new foods and restaurants. I'm working on doing the latter in a non-destructive, weight-loss friendly way!

Thanks for commenting on my blog! no dreadmill here - but couch to 5k has started! I have also got my workout list made and starting them tonight! lunges, squats, supermans, forearm planks, hollowman - all kinds of leg and core exercises baby! I'm getting excited again!
