Continuing On...

I am a strong willed mommy of three who has struggled with my weight off and on for many years. I married in March 2012 and did manage to lose 25 lbs in the months before my wedding, but have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goal. I have no desire to be skinny in any way as I love my curves, but do want to weigh less and be healthier!

I have been here before a few times and decided to delete my old profile and continue on again in June 2012 to pursue my goal. A fresh, new "start" ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose weight and be healthier!

Mini Goals:
- BMI under 30 (met - 8/3/12)
- Lose 20 lbs. (met 9/28/12)
- Lose 30 lbs.
- BMI under 25
- Reach 150 lbs.

My Program:
- Minimum of 10 minutes of strength training 3x per week

- Cardio workout minimum of 3 days per week

I follow my own eating plan and making sure that every morsel is tracked to ensure that I stay within the healthy ranges that Spark has set for me.

Lose: 9 lbs (5% of starting weight)

Strength Train - minimum 10 minutes 5x week

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that even though I've been away from SP for the past several months (bogged down with work and stress) I am looking forward to ending the mighty-year-of-challenges that has plagued me this past year and start fresh soon... I may be still a bit scarce around here for the next little while but I did want to let you know that I've been thinking of you and hope you are doing well in life, in happiness, and in your journey.
