My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and live a productive and active life.

My Program:
I am eating 1700 calories or less of vegetarian , healthy food and trying to increase my activity on a daily basis.I am focusing more on protein intake than in the past and trying to eat less packaged meals.


Other Information:
I love all kinds of movies from Bollywood to Hollywood and always in search of a movie buddy. :)

I live over by Glenside and Staples Mill, so I usually just walk around the neighborhood. Almost the entire route is sidewalked. I spend most of my time on Glenside and Staple Mill. I've got a while and a lot of endurance to build before I'm capable of branching out any further than that at the moment!
