My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and live a productive and active life.

My Program:
I am eating 1700 calories or less of vegetarian , healthy food and trying to increase my activity on a daily basis.I am focusing more on protein intake than in the past and trying to eat less packaged meals.


Other Information:
I love all kinds of movies from Bollywood to Hollywood and always in search of a movie buddy. :)

Oh no! You definitely don't want any more injuries! I've been doing some videos off of here, because it's just too flipping hot outside when I get home from work! I made the mistake of going out when it was close to 90, and I literally almost gave myself heat stroke. I never realized how treeless Staples Mill is until I started walking it! I hope you're back up to 100% soon but I'm very glad you've found things you can still do while you're on the mend! Good for you!

sounds like we are about in the same starting point. I don't have much endurance either an am a little embarrassed to walk in parks with all the fit people,this will change . For now I bought an elliptical machine and a bike. I already injured my foot by trying to do too much too fast :(
