Thank You Spark People for being Forever Understanding and Forgiving. Bare with me as I try this on More time... The date is 9/12/11, but Six days from My 23rd Birthday, And all Im really asking of myself is to be 100 pounds lighter by the time I am 24, So that means I must lose an average of Two pounds Every week for the next year. My Goals:

My Program:
Make A positive life style change Every week, And They dont have to all be about my weight.

Personal Information:
Im A daughter, sister, friend, waitress, and comedian. I love to have fun, and I have a feeling it would only be more fun if I was in good shape. :)

i beleive im going to need all the support i can get..so if u have it..i need it.

I just read through your last couple of blogs (sorry I got a little behind.) You are doing great! 4 Pounds is a really good weightloss, just remember that small changes will make a huge difference. I'm not a diet/lifestyle expert but I read a lot of post from Bob and Jillian from the biggest loser and they both say that you should never consume all of your calories in the evening. That should actually be your smallest meal, because your body doesn't have the time to burn those calories off. Just a suggestion. If your on facebook Bob and Jillian both have pages there and they post a lot of great tips.
Just keep working towards your goal, and you will go far.

30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Is a workout dvd and very good. And yes it has 3 levels. Hope this helps! emoticon
