My lifestyle change journey

My goals for my lifestyle change are to:
1. lose my last 5 pounds (and keep it off for good!)
2. Keep exercising daily
3. Stop emotional eating!!
4. Stop social over-eating
5. Continue to eat healthy foods
6. Drink 2L of water/tea per day
7. Stay motivated not to give up before I reach my goals

To meet my goals, I am:
-eating healthy 95% of the time
-eating out a max of once a week
-keeping track of my calorie intake
-keeping track how much exercise I do daily
-exercising 6x/week
-weighing myself once per week
-setting SMART goals
-rewarding myself when I reach my mini-goals using non-food items
-reading about nutrition and fitness
-sharing my goals with family members
-getting support from family
-writing in a journal once a week or so
-using loseit! and sparkpeople
