Hey there! Thanks for your comment on my Blog (the dairy free/gluten free experiment). I've been a little under the weather for a couple days so kind of out of it, but did want to drop a note and say that YES I'd love to share ideas and thoughts on this. I've discovered how difficult it is to avoid gluten in little things like canned soup, mayo and soy sauce, so I have slipped up a bit this week but am just kind of taking notice and learning for the "next time" I am faced with that food. I also just signed up for a 5 k trail run in April and see you are a runner too - though much faster than me!
Yeah, I like myself a lot better under 150 too. can't make any promises about how fast or slow it'll happen for me though. I know how to lose weight fast...but it's not fun, and not permanent when I do it that way. Oh, and I'm lucky, my husband has really great eating habits...but it all comes frustratingly effortlessly for him! 2186 days ago
