IT'S NOW OR NEVER

I decided to do it, not just keep thinking about it. This year I will take care of myself.

It was sad for me to see myself on a video...and all I could see was that big woman...nothing closer to what I used to be. I couldn't recognize myself. Many times I thought it was the mirror the one that had a problem..you know... some of them give you a distorted image. But that video???!!! ok ok...it was me...so what other excuses can I tell to myself? I've ran out of ideas.

I think it's about time for me to take action and responsibility when it comes to my eating habits. I'm a sugar lover and that's no so bad if you have control in your portions...the problem is that I just don't stop or even know how much I can take in a single day. That's going to change as for today. Everything I put on my mouth will be absolutely planned and regulated...and I'll go from there....

Let's see how I'll do....

My primary goal is to improve my eating habits...and of course to loose those extra pounds

I'll star up by drinking the recommend amount of water or anything closer. 8 glasses
Eating more fruits and veggies
Cut down the sugar!
Tracking my intake...nothing helps me more than seeing the numbers..believe it or not they add up!!

You can call me Yoly. I'm a Cuban-Canadian woman. Speak Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Mother of two wonderful children 5 and 4 years old.

Other Information:
I love cooking...don't have much time dough.
Used to be thin before the children (Not an excuse but a sad reality)
Some how I forgot to take care of myself...that's why I'm here....to do something about it.
