A few months back I was motivated.I worked out every single day of the week..at home. Once I reached my goal of loosing 20 pounds; I stoped keepig track.Went on trips, and you know wat happens on trips... you just eat ... anything, at any time, you don't have the time to work out or you do not want to spend your time doing that. So..the trips, then work related stress. Sugar intake is back even stronger... because now it stimulates me to keep going on my misserable work loaded day. Then comes my daugter's Middle School Graduation..and.... I find myself deleting some pictures because I looked huge! And triming half my body off (sideways) so people think it was the taker's mistake to cut me off...And this way I try to fool everybody into thinking I'm half my size. Seriusly?!!!! Put my gym clothes on and make myself breakfast..and later...I do not actully get to work out...like if putting the clothes on will make me instantly burn the unwanted/unneeded calories...while sitting on my couch watching "HOUSE MD". At work food is just too available.... bad choices foods that is: Icecream Cake, Deep fried food, Chinesse food..etc... I've gained every single pound I've lost a few months back. Now I want to stop...and do it allover. And keep it all off. It seams I can't get started... that first sweat, that first agonizing 30 minutes of running that will triger my willpower to get back on track .... But I'll start today... not tomorrow... Yoly

My primary goal is to improve my eating habits...and of course to loose those extra pounds

My Program:
I'll star up by drinking the recommend amount of water or anything closer. 8 glasses
Eating more fruits and veggies
Cut down the sugar!
Tracking my intake...nothing helps me more than seeing the numbers..believe it or not they add up!!

You can call me Yoly. I'm a Cuban-Canadian woman. Speak Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Mother of two wonderful children 5 and 4 years old.


Other Information:
I love cooking...don't have much time dough.
Used to be thin before the children (Not an excuse but a sad reality)
Some how I forgot to take care of myself...that's why I'm here....to do something about it.
