Staying on track with goals on weekends

I am married with 4 children and I was thin as a young girl. I was able to maintain a decent weight even after my last 2 children that are 6 and 8 years old. I have increased weight in the last 3 years due to stress, finding a steady job, anxiety, depression and frustration. I was unable to lose weight in the same manners as before. I have increased my exercise to 2- 30 minute walks at work, but once the weekend comes, I am unable to stay on track with exercise and tracking what I am eating. I tend to eat things on the weekend that I would never eat during the week. I am looking for some buddies to work out with me or go on walks on the weekends.
