Hi! I can relate to pulling weeds! I've about managed to get mine under semi control...LOL! on New Orleans! I hope your DS likes it at Loyola! It's a great school! I spent 99% of my summers growing up on the Gulf Coast, in Biloxi MS. My Mom is buried there, along with many relatives. Had plans to take my Dad's ashes down when Katrina hit. I've not made it yet. NO is a world unto itself. I'd love to visit again, but you could not pay me to live down there! I have family left in Galveston, Texas, too. Too hot and humid! I hope BACKUPAGAIN has stuck with what she has learned, too. I think if I could no longer go to the SP site I would still be able to practice what I have learned so far. I have developed some pretty useful and life changing habits that I CAN and WILL maintain as long as I live. Off to fix DH some supper... Thanks so much for keeping in touch with me!
You can reach your goal by August! One step at a time! Slow and steady assures results that will last!
Hello! Thank you for the teapot! My favorite teapot of all time is a little yellow one... so I love to get this sparkgoodie! It truly makes me smile... It is SO good to hear from you! I hope everyone is well, and I'm happy you are going back to the gym. I've slippd a bit on the Wii workouts, but today was my 125th day of body tests. I have been faithful to doing it every morning, no matter what. One habit established at a time. Don't see much activity on our Class page, but I guess it ebbs and flows as our lives do. Do you hear from BACKUPAGAIN? Ok. Time to get MOVING for the day!
