The zoo was good...and we even managed to leave with sore legs so that has to mean somethng good! Lol Im going to do day 2 tonight. I was thinking I might do each week twice...unless i feel really good about how i did. How did day 3 feel for you?

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
