I'm Back!

I am back to keep myself on track! It has been over a year and I have slipped back into some naughty habits and have the pounds to prove it! I have discovered I really need to keep track of the food I eat. Thankfully I have always loved to exercise.

3.Eat breakfast everyday
4.Sleep minimum of 8 hours

My Program:
1.Use food tracker
2.Do a mix of Cardio, yoga, and weights
3.Meditate daily 10min
4.Limit refined sugar and filler carbs
5. Drink lots and lots of water
6.At all times keep it FUN

Personal Information:
I have been married to a wonderful man for 28 years and we have 2 great kids. I am a recently certified 200RYT yoga instructor. I travel for work so this is my stress buster! I love biking, hiking, reading, traveling, and my pets!
