I used to weigh 214 pounds. I did a pretty good job of losing weight and keeping it off. However, in the last six months I have let some of the weight creep back on. I want to lose 24 to 29 pounds. I have been exercising fairly regularly and want to keep that up and even increase the number of workouts I do per week. I want to increase muscle mass and gain more upper body strength.
