Nourishing Traditions Yoga Gal

I'm already at my goal weight. In fact, I may be close to being too thin, so I'd like to at least maintain my current weight. I've had some health challenges that I think are food sensitivities. Potentially made worse by stress! Stress is better now, and I am able to eat.

I like to eat in the style of Nourishing Traditions. However, I've
temporarily (possibly permanently) eliminated the following foods:

Dairy (except butter)
Soy
Wheat, Rye
Corn ...

Peanuts
Eggs

I feel much better when I do not eat these foods. However - very little dining out!

I've restarted my yoga practice, and my goal is to do at least 30 minutes, 3 times per week, or more. Yoga really helps me get limber and feel stronger. Not to mention breathe more calmly even when I'm not practicing. I try to take the stairs in my building at least once per day, round trip - 5 flights.

My Goals:
My goal is to maintain my curent weight of 120, making sure I get the proper nutrition every day, and focusing on my yoga practice at least three days per week.

My Program:
I'm currently using lots of recipes from the Nourishing Traditions cookbook, and I'm reading The Virgin Diet, which discusses food sensitivities. This has given me helpful info in eliminating some foods from my diet and eating healthier.

Now that the weight is off, striking healthy balance is especially important. So, I hope you do 'work through' the SparkDiet; it's stages focus not on 'a diet', but on healthy habits that will keep you steadily where you want to be: living in a balanced way!
