I lose ten pounds, but then gain it back. I need to lose 39 pounds, but it seems inattainable. I look at people who've lost over 100 pounds or something stupendous like that and I am in awe of them. I think that they have something I don't. I mean, I can't even lose ten pounds and keep it off!
It makes me feel very bad about myself and then I figure, what does it matter?
Yeah, this is a vicious cycle.
But...I'm going to try again.
I want to lose 40 pounds. I'm tired of these thighs!!!
I already exercise, but even the most stringent exercise routine couldn't overcome my poor eatinghabits. So...my goal is to stay within the spark people site's suggestions for daily calorie and fat intake.
