    YogaB, that's what the blogs are all about -- so rant and vent to your heart's content!

    But -- please don't get all down on yourself when you don't make the choices you wish you had made. First of all, we all have our bad/stupid days; if we're lucky and mindful, we learn from them. More important, some of this process is about really being one's own best friend. If you wouldn't talk to your best friend in the way you talk to yourself -- well? And if you wouldn't take that kind of talk from anyone -- another 'well?' There's a reason you found this site and signed up -- so wishing you well and some fun on this journey to healthier living.

    Visitors please note. I may be in a bad mood sometimes and feel really defeatist. At these times I can't be all rah rah about "hey, let's lose weight". I tend to need to write out my frustrations in order to feel better, so please don't be put off by my sporadic bouts of bad attitude. Feel free to laugh at me if you will. I just need to rant sometimes, but I usually pull out of my funk.

    Hi Thanks so much for the wonderful comments you put on mypage!!.. Hey Im living a lifestyle that is for life!! Come on not only get healthy & lose the weight you can turn the hands on the age clock backwards!! Also the love of food isnt all bad its what you eat . Never go below 1200 calories a day & not above 1400 to lose the weight. THINK GREEN!!!. Eat like a caveman & you say exercise isnt a problem well COME on you can do it!!!& thanks for adding me as a friend.. Im here for you ALL the WAY!!!.. Have a great day.. emoticon
