Yoga Booty or Bust

I'm doing the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp because I need another jumpstart. I've stayed at 143 for months...which is good...except I want to firm up for the beach in July and ideally be closer to 135 by then. I still have awhile, but one month of concentrating on exercise and food should show results and keep me motivated to continue through the summer. I also have two weddings to go to the first couple weekends of June, so my reward will be dress shopping! :)
