about the idea of me doing a 1 arm handstand at the Big Dam Bridge!! It would've been nice to see u in person, but I wouldn't have attempted any handstands yesterday (it was my Arms day to rest). Performing those on 1 arm makes me very sore!! So I rest 1 or 2 days before incorporating them into my workouts. Besides that, I've never tried them out on concrete either! Ouch!
