My Goals:
Red Dress Challenge:
5.5-week intense challenge to things started: drop 2-4 dress sizes to fit into a special red dress, which I bought 3 years ago and have never worn, for a special theater date!

My Program:
1. Eat 1200-1550 cals/day
2. Stay within recommended nutrient goals for fat, protein, sodium, carbs, and fiber.
3. Cardio 5 days/week
4. Strength training on core/upper body MWF
5. Strength training on lower body Tue-Thu-Sat
6. 7-8 hours sleep each night.
