In this for my health!
I'm 52 years old and it's time for me to quit making excuses and quit being lazy. I have to do this so I feel good about me! I want to lose about 40 pounds, but what really matters to me is that I want to get active! I've tried different programs in the past and lose the weight only to find it again.

I am walking at least 20 minutes a day and I dusted off my Wii Fit and am using it every other day. I am following the meal plans provided on this website.
