I'm still here:-) I love data,and Spark has all of mine! We moved about a month ago, which interrupted my training, so I am trying to get back on the horse:-)
Galloway seems like a great way to train...if I did another marathon, I think that would be the way to go. You might not have recent training, but after 2-3 weeks you will find your fitness returning quickly...the body remembers:-)
I agree...it is sad to see so many people's accounts dormant...I want to know how people are doing, you know?
You could absolutely do crossfit right now. You haev an awesome fitness base...and the WHOLE point of crossfit it that anyone can do it...seriously. Everything we do can be scaled...and almost everyone has to scale something (some of us more than others;-) Anyway it would be fun to work out together again if you feel up to it:-)

I can save you some archiving trouble: moved back home (you knew that), got a job I hated, quit that job, going back to school- still, sorta- to get into master's program hopefully at SDSU. Battled severe depression just over a year ago, my grandmother passed away, and my mom got into a medium (not minor, not major) car accident. I started attending a church that I like enough with people I absolutely love and have started a nutrition ministry there so I can start helping people now while I work on that whole degree thing! :-) That's pretty much it in a nutshell.
I'll be encouraging you for the next month so that you can make your decision in time!
