An excellent suggestion you put on my blog! You are right, comparing with others will not bring happiness, and if I have to track every bit of food every day and obsess about exercise, neither will that. I have a LOT to be thankful and grateful for, I should definitely focus on THAT instead. Thanks for the reminder!
