To stay steady. I will only take small steps that I know I can stick with forever. Even if I only lose 5 pounds a year. I never want to yo-yo again. 2 years so far, I've been able to stick to that goal. No actual goal #, just progress... 2 steps forward and 1 step back still puts me a step ahead of the game.
I like to nourish my body with healthy foods. Nothing is off limits, but all things in moderation. I like medicinal herbs. I make home made kefir, kombucha tea, herbal tinctures, oils and more. I lift heavy weights (Chalean Extreme) and know I have to get my heart rate up on a regular basis, but I hate it.

I think itís important that we consider the fact that we are still Sparking and working toward our goals as success! We too often forget to congratulate ourselves and others for the small steps forward and tend to dwell on our faltering steps instead.

Wow! I donít know about you, but I need to remember and repeat that quote to myself when Iím faced with choices! I tend to choose before thinking and need to become more mindful in all areas of my life. I hope today is going well for you and that you are enjoying your life and the people in it. Sheila
