My Goals:
Maintain this wonderful "normal" weight I finally got to! Work on eating mindfully, and eating only in response to hunger.
My Program:
Still attending WW meetings as a life member, weighing myself once a week, working out when I can and practicing "stealth activity" (i.e. parking "too far" from the store, going up and down the stairs alot, etc.). Focusing on breaking bad emotional eating habits.
Personal Information:
San Antonio, Texas
