It's been quite awhile since I updated my page. On November 27th, 2013 by life changed suddenly and drastically. My wonderful husband died with no warning. It has been a tough time since then, and I gained 20 pounds since January 2014. But I am ready to get back on track again. Miss you every day, Babe.
I am a landscape architect and want to look as creative as I feel. So far I kept off 30 pounds, 20 since I started with SparkPeople. I look forward to reaching my goals. My next goal is to lose 30 pounds.
My goal is to be healthy, which includes stronger and slimmer than I am today. I want to be able to play with my children and in the future, my grand children.
I plan to track everything that passes through my lips as well as all of my exercise. It is challenging. Right now my goal is 20 minutes of exercise 6-7 days a week, eating 1400-1600 calories a day.
I was happily married with 2 dogs and between us, 5 children. November 27, 2013 my life changed drastically. My husband died unexpectedly. Now I have to learn how to live all over again.
My favorite exercises are Pilates, Elliptical, Stationary Bike, Weight Lifting and especially swimming and exercises in the pool. I would have loved to take long walks with my husband and dogs, but arthritis in both knees stopped me. Now I have replaced both knees and no longer have a husband to walk with.

Yvonne - so nice to see you back again! Did you get away on that really exciting trip you told us about? I imagine that it was a wonderful experience.
We have been suffering through renovations since May 30th - still not finished, but maybe beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel???
I sure could have used someone with your knowledge and expertise for the back yard parts! Wish we lived close enough to have made that wish a reality!!

Ghostly greetings! Carve out your day with positivity. Rattle your bones with exercise activities. Brew your cauldron with healthy menu potions. Have a TERROR-ific and BOO-tiful Halloween!

Let's just hope, the rattling skeletal bodies do not unshackle.
