Slowly but Surely

I joined SP in May of 2011 to get out of a rut of poor food choices and too little exercise (resulting in a slow but steady weight gain of about 10-15 pounds over several years). I am Catholic, and realized that I was not treating my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. I don't want to become obsessive about the numbers on my scale or clothing tags, but I do want to be a good steward of this body God has given me.

- track my food intake each week that I have a gain in weight

- do some form of extra exercise at least 3 days per week
