Life after Hysterectomy

Hi, I've had an umbilical hernia repair Oct of 2012 and full hysterectomy June 2013 due to Endometriosis, and fibroid cysts on both ovaries. The doctor told me that I will never be able to do sit ups again and I can only walk for now. I am still having trouble with pain and weight gain.

God is so good! When I began this journey, I set a goal of 325 steps a day and worked hard to walk 1 more step each day than I did the day before. God helped me to pass that goal to 500 steps a day. Passed that one with 900 steps and made a new goal of 1,000. So, the next goal was for 8,000 steps a day. Yesterday, God helped me to go 9.050 steps. God is awesome!
