Girl on a Mission!!!

Nothing is going to stop me in reaching my goal this time around. I have the end result in sight and I WILL reach it. Yes, I may complain, cry, get angry, and be tempted by the most luscious looking food on my friend's plate or by another glass of beer that is going to break my calorie range, but I will not let it stop me.

Dear everything holding me down,
Get ready to be broken!

Okay, now that I am back on here, you have to be back on here! Motivation is key.

I don't think you necessarily need to do strength training every day. Maybe every other week? Besides, it helps to burn more calories when you actually do cardio. I am trying to get into it more and I think it helps.

Maybe instead of a movie-related care package, how about we do a weight-loss motivation care package? It can have all sorts of diet, workout, motivation stuff in it. How do you feel about it? I might be able to pop one out before I go to Italy if you are into the idea.

I really need to work out today after work. If I don't, which I haven't for the last couple weeks because I was working an extra shift, then I just won't feel like doing it on Monday either and instead of getting back on track I will just linger. I don't want to linger. I just have to find something I actually want to do that isn't hardcore (cuz I will be too tired for hardcore) but that I feel like I am actually benefitting from. Somewhere between hardcore and la-dee-dah. Lol
