    I don't think you necessarily need to do strength training every day. Maybe every other week? Besides, it helps to burn more calories when you actually do cardio. I am trying to get into it more and I think it helps.

    Maybe instead of a movie-related care package, how about we do a weight-loss motivation care package? It can have all sorts of diet, workout, motivation stuff in it. How do you feel about it? I might be able to pop one out before I go to Italy if you are into the idea.

    I really need to work out today after work. If I don't, which I haven't for the last couple weeks because I was working an extra shift, then I just won't feel like doing it on Monday either and instead of getting back on track I will just linger. I don't want to linger. I just have to find something I actually want to do that isn't hardcore (cuz I will be too tired for hardcore) but that I feel like I am actually benefitting from. Somewhere between hardcore and la-dee-dah. Lol
