My Goals:
My overall goal? To lose weight of course. I am currently a little under 100 lbs overweight.

My specific fitness goal? To get through a Zumba or Tae Bo class with no breaks.

My Program:
I have no real specific program for losing weight other than watching what I eat and exercising. I'm using SP to help me track my portion sizes and calorie consumption. I've discovered that I LOVE the group classes in my gym. My friends at the gym know they can find me at Zumba at least 3 times a week and Tae Bo, Belly Dancing, Cardio Circuit training, Core & More, and Yoga at least once a week.
