I am taking my life back! I have put myself off for far too long and my health, body and mind has paid for it. Before I had my son in 2010 I had my life pretty under control. I worked, took care of our daughter, maintained my home and marriage and still had time for me. Now with 2 kids it is much harder. I feel old, worn out, run down and unhealthy and extremely out of shape. While this is all effecting me physically, its taking a further toll on me emotionally. I am unhappy with myself and have decided its time to make me a priority again! I can remember how well I used to take care of myself and how strong, and wonderful I felt. I HAVE to recapture that for my sanity's sake! I am taking my life back. Its going to be an incredible journey for me....I can feel it! ----"It's never too late to be something you might have been"

My Goals:
Goals:

1) To do moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes/day-5 to 6 days a week

2) Strength Training for 30 minutes 3X per week

3) Login and track food and exercise daily

4) Stay within calorie range daily

5) Take multi-vitamins daily

6) Consume between 1200-1550 calories daily

7) Drink at least 150 oz. of water a day

8)Weigh in every monday

9) Lose 1-2 lbs a week minimum

10) Try at least one new healthy recipe per week

11) Blog weekly for progress and goals for the following week.

My Program:
30 minutes of exercise DVD (cardio/strength) X3

Stay within calorie guidelines by eating healthy foods.

Water, water, water!




Other Information:
I absolutely love Bettie Page---I think she was incredibly beautiful!

My favorite movie of all time is Urban Cowboy with John Travolta.

I love to read books on food, diet, exercise and nutrition.

My dream job would be a nutrionist/dietician.

I would love to write my very own cookbook one day!

Hey there, girlie! I've missed you on IG!!! I'm forever creeping your photos ;) Can't wait for you to be back in action! You better believe I'll hold you accountable! I better see some activity or I'll kick your butt, LOL. J/K, or am I?? Hahaha.

Hope your week's going well so far....and I'm feeling a ton better, thanks for asking! I'm ready to eat wayyy better today, as the Superbowl party I attended totally screwed me up. At least I was able to work out yesterday. Because the food...yikes!! Anyway, have a great week, love!!

Sorry about the rough week =( Glad to hear you're back on track now though! Something like that would have me itching to get back into it. Glad to have ya back!!!

My week actually hasn't been so great. Today marks the third day in a row I've thrown up during the day...it's so weird and pretty intermittent. I'll feel nauseous and then I'll be fine. Makes no sense. And I already took a pregnancy test, so I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant! LOL. Today's came out negative, but I'll take one tomorrow first thing just to make sure. Either way, I've been feeling crappy and didn't workout Monday or Tuesday. Luckily, I felt great this morning and got a fantastic workout in....then I started feeling terrible around 11am and threw up again!! WTH? No clue. So, yeah, pity party for me now, hahaha.

Anyway, I'm sure it'll get better. Have a great rest of the week, doll!
