My Goals:
I've lost over 40lbs and kept it off, but the last 10-20 lbs just won't go. I need to reverse the backslide I've had over the past 6 months (about 10 lbs) and then finally break the 150 threshold in time for my wedding next July :)

My Program:
I'm very active--spinning, running, Dance Dance Revolution-ing, pilates, etc 6-7 days a week. Right now, my goal is to burn 3500 calories a week through exercise and to keep calories to 1800 or so/day. I also want to increase my strength training!

congrats on ur weight loss so far! thanks for the article posted abt using the dumbbels! i sure needed some more routines. i did use the SP ones but got bored. i'll have a strapless gown ;)

For eveyone who is interested:

Making my virtual model was a little bit of an involved process, but I think it was worth it, since I love looking at it and it's really motivating for me.

To start, go to www.mvm.com - that's the My Virtual Model website. You'll probably have to click on one of the vendor sites (I think I used speedo for mine to get the bathing suit shots). From that site, you'll make a virtual model account and you can put together your first model (note: the speedo website won't let you put in more than 200 lbs at my height, and since I started above there, I had to do that shot with one of the other sites--maybe lands end).

Once you have the first model right, press the print screen button on your computer to capture a shot of your entire screen, and paste the picture into Microsoft paintbrush/paint or another photo editing program. You'll have to crop out just the part you want and save it as its own picture. Then do that same thing for your other two pictures. Once I had all three weights cropped and saved, I put them all together on a powerpoint slide, along with the text I wanted with dates, etc. Then I did the screenshot trick one more time (print screen) to get a picture of all three of them together on one slide. Cropped and saved that one, and that's the picture I have now.

Just make sure you save the powerpoint!!! I didn't, and now to change the middle picture I'll have to redo the whole thing!!
