Two years ago I was down to my present goal weight. I was more fit and thinner than I had ever been. I fit comfortably into a size 8, regularly went to the gym and walked a lot. I kept the weight off until a year ago. I moved in with my boyfriend and got too comfortable. I didn't go to the gym anymore and the weight slow crept back on. Than this past January I fell on ice and injured my back leaving me unable to do anything for about 1 1/2 months (including going to work) and more weight piled on. I went to physical therapy for about 2 months and learned the proper exercises and started going back to the gym regularly. I recently quit going to physical therapy because of insurance purposes but I go the gym three times a week.
I was scared to weigh myself because I knew it would be bad. So until today I didn't know how much I weighed and I wasn't really unhappy with the number on the scale.
I have my goal weight in mind and know what I have to do. I wish I could go to the gym every day but know I cannot as I don't need to re-injure my back. I am super motivated!

Reduce and hopefully eliminate lower back pain.
Lose weight before high school reunion in 2012.

Making home cooked healthy meals.
Exercising at gym three times a week.
