YBBHappy's Journey

Hi everyone! I am an overweight mom who loves life and is happy to be a part of SparkPeople. I love to workout but I also love food! My kids are very active in sports and my husband and I love watching them play. I work full-time but I make time to exercise daily and stay active on SparkPeople.

Thank for stopping by my page! I am doing better, but recovering very, very slowly, and taking a mini break from Sparkpeople at the moment.

"Progress. Just make progress. It's okay to have setbacks and the need for do-overs. It's okay to draw a line in the sand and start over again --- and again.
Just make sure you're moving the line forward. Move forward. Take baby steps, but at least take steps that keep you from being stuck. Then change will come.
And it will be good."

"Even if the challenges are immense and the obstacles are many, step forward and live the life you choose to live. Your dreams are worth every effort.
Even if you get knocked down again and again, get right back up and get going. With enough persistence, any goal is within your reach.
Even if you canít see all the way to the end of the road, go ahead and take the first step. Each time you make some progress, youíll find new ways to make even more.
Even if your results fall short of your expectations, keep making the effort. Each new day brings you more experience, wisdom and effectiveness.
Even if youíve been deeply disappointed in the past, focus on the positive possibilities. For your future is what you choose to make it now."
ó Ralph Marston
