Motivated Mom

I am a 45 y/o female who started out weighing 189 pounds. I currently weigh in at 176 pounds. My goal is to get down to 135 to 140 pounds and to have a much more active and healthier lifestyle.

My Goals:
My goals are to loose 45 to 50 pounds and to gain a more active and healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
I drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. I walk as much as I can and at work, I take the stairs instead of the elevator as much as possible. I have added more fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet. I try to stay away from fried and starchy foods also.

Okay, I am on a roll....eating healthier, exercising as often as I can and drinking lots of water. Let's see how long I can keep it up. My problem is endurance and will power. I am in constant prayer that I will do this and make a lifestyle change. I am not interested in dieting, just changing my lifestyle to one of better health in a way that I can have fun doing it. LET'S HAVE FUN SHEDDING OF THESE POUNDS!!!!
