    Canada's great! Thanks for asking. I'm staying here to go to university... and now I'm going through all the troubles of course registration. Other than that, the weather is perfect and I'm hoping to go skateboarding at some skatepark today. I find it a good workout for the legs and core.

    I thought these might make you a little sore. Sore is good means you body is building muscle. Your in pretty good shape to get right back to it, good for you! Your diet will also play a big role in muscle toning. You need to eat enough and include a sufficient amount of protein.

    The first supersets that I did (chest press/push up) left me pretty sore for the next two days. But then I did another one yesterday (chins/bicep curls) and I'm feeling okay today... I think it's because I felt really low on energy yesterday so I didn't work hard enough.
    And I'm really motivated about this mainly because we've made it a challenge and report our scores to each other. So I wanna thank you for that. =)
