hi my names kelly. I am 23 years old. I am married and have 2 wonderful children. I have one son, yusuf 3 and a daughter 1, muna. they are what keeps me going day to day. I have tried spark people once before and did very well. losing the first time around 40 lbs. the arrival of my daughter slowed my previous progress but now its been a year and im in def. need of that modivation to get back to loosing this second person im carring around, lol. Im setting my goal weight to 160 and hopefully ...

Im setting my goal weight to 160 and hopefully that is a reasonable weight. anything under or around 180-190 would make me very happy... so i have roughly 80-100lbs to lose. i need to get a scale and a odometer or what ever they are called and then ill be able to get to my cardio...

My Goals:
My main goal is not to diet, it is to become healthy. im currently a size 18 i would love to get into a 10 but im not so worried about it. as long as i look and feel healthy thats the main goal.
My Program:
Im cutting out soda, minimal sweets (line none at all only on holiday or special occation), no fast food, and getting active being outdoors with my kids.
Other Information:
i enjoy ready lisa unger books. she really is a great writer.
