Thanks for the new workout shoes, YANKS10. Your ticker is getting awful close to mine and we're both headed in the same direction. Keep up the good work.

thanks for the get well message. I think my head hurts from being aggravated that it happened - much more than my foot hurts. Cant even put my foot on the floor. All my - non-health minded friends are giving me the " I told you so " talk ------------- why do I exercise - why do I run and bike long distances at my age? why am I careful with eating - and why do I give up sweets and desserts for lent? Ive gotten the fat is where its at - and trying to be healthy at our age will kill you comedy lines.....................
Im guessing I will be off the foot totally for at least one month -[ cant ride in the NYC bike tour. Ugh ---------------- but ive started looking at upper body sitting workouts. Gotta find that rainbow --------- and make the best of it.
thanks again.

Nice page! And thanks so much for the bike. But that actually is the road we live on- we are 2 miles down from that point. About half my driving is on gravel. The wild life can be a challenge- cougars are the scariest because they're so smart.
Also proud of you for beating the "C". It takes a very strong person to do that.
Have a great weekend
PS Hope you don't mind- added you as a friend.

Today Sept 1 I set a PB for a 10k run. 54.17, what a trip this has been ! One year ago a 3 mile run was all I could muster. 3 years ago I could only walk my block.
