Hi everyone. I'm a forty plus single mother who is trying to get healthy. It's been a long journey with lots of bumps and detours, but I'm still trying to reach my destination.

My Summer 5% challenge commitment:
I will commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. I will continue to track my calories, monitor my portions, and eat my fruits and vegetables, and I will weigh in weekly.
