Hi everyone. I'm a forty plus wife and mother who is getting healthier through choosing to eat healthier and exercising more. It's been a long journey with lots of bumps and detours, but I'm still trying to reach my destination. To help me with this I have joined some challenges to help keep me accountable. One of these challenges is the Summer 5% challenge. My goal is to continue with at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday and get at least 3 days of strength training. I don't what days they ...

It's been a long journey with lots of bumps and detours, but I'm still trying to reach my destination. To help me with this I have joined some challenges to help keep me accountable. One of these challenges is the Summer 5% challenge. My goal is to continue with at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday and get at least 3 days of strength training. I don't what days they will be yet because I hope to start working part-time soon, and of course, my workout schedule will have to agree with my work hours. I'm really looking forward to the start of the challenge :)
