Hi! I saw your post on GOYAAM page. Seeing how many minutes you are getting in each day caused me to check your page out. I noticed that we are around the same weight and reaching for the same goal weight. I actually enjoy workout out. With the minutes your are logging I figured you did too. I don't know...just thought I would say hi.
