My Goals:
I just want to be happy and healthy once and for all!

My Program:
I drink a lot of water and try to stay away from soda. I have cut my portions a lot, stopped eating when I feel full, and cut out tons of junk food. But I still eat some sweets/goodies in moderation, if I don''t, I will "sneak eat" and binge- making things worse.





Personal Information:
I live in Alabama with my2 beautiful children, and am planning my wedding for 2-27-10!
A new year, a new life, a new me!

Other Information:
I lost 45lbs in Spring 2006, gained all of it back and am working on getting my body totally back now.

Hey girl, just getting back on again since March...oops! Staying at home is rough on the body...I'm 15 pounds heavier than when I came home from the hospital!! How are you and the family doing??

I won $90 at work for our biggest loser contest. Stay focused and eat light. It's OK to be hungry. Eat small portions and drink lots of water. Push the exercise Good luck.
