Time to take back my life.......
My names lulu aged 43 i live with my partner and 2 of my 5 children. I have 1 grand daughter and another grandchild on the way in august. I have 2 dogs a british bulldog and a hairless chinese crested. My goals are to lose weight and get fit, i have decided to work out at least 5 times a week and take my dogs walking alot further than i usually do.

My Goals:
my goals are to lose my weight by the end of september if at all possible, i know this will take alot of work, but i'm ready for it......
My Program:
i am doing the 30 day shred in the morning, then lunch time i will be doing 1 hour of kettlebell training...... then before i pick my son up from school i'm doing leslie sansone 5 mile walk dvd. late evening i will be walking the dogs just to relax after a good day working out......

Hi, they call me lulu but this is just a fun name my friends and family call me, i'm 43 and live with my partner and 3 of my 5 children. my eldest daughter lives with her partner and her daughter my only grand child, but i will be having my second grand child in august. i have 2 lovely dogs which i treat as babies....lol i dont work i'm a housewife so i've got plenty of time to workout....so no excuses...lol
Other Information:
I love to read and i'm addicted to the crime channel. My partner says that before long i'll be able to perform the perfect murder.....lol
