hoping back on the wagon

so im back on here again,...i forgot my login info so i had to make a new account...and gained 4 pounds while i was at it

hopefully this time around i can be more active in my teams and have more of a support system then i did before.

oh i love all the advice i can get, when it comes to food and fitness any suggestions would help =]

Hi Briana,
I'd love a work out partner. Do you live in the valley? I'm looking for a partner for Mondays and/or Wednesdays. I am open to other days too, but those two are my first choice because I am available most of the day.
