First year of dental school was rough all around and especially on my waist line. I'm bummed that I gained all the weight I'd lost before school, but I understand it. Dental school is demanding for normal people and I have a pain and sleeping disorder that makes it that much tougher. I'm trying now to ease my way down and balance a healthy life with the hectic school schedule. Hopefully, I'll be back in my size 8 jeans before long!

I'm calorie counting and doing 10mins of exercise before bed every night. When I have time I go to the gym for longer workouts.

Hey!! I hope you're enjoying this site as much as I am. Have you tried getting the "Eat This, Not That" books? I have lost about 10 lbs just swapping differents brands of the same food. It also has healthier versions of usually fatty foods (like blueberry pancakes, chicken wings, spaghetti and meatballs). I would suggest getting them if you can!!
