My end of reason

First off, hello! I've been on Spark People since 2008, and have come back at least twice now saying oh I'm gonna do this, gonna do that but then end up failing miserably because of something. This time I'm having issues with my stomach, so it needs to have a healthy foods make-over to get rid of those fattier, greasy foods. I might be able to do this since it's actually a healthy issue. At least eating is now an option after a few months.

At least eating is now an option after a few months.

Since life always seems to throw new things in my path that I can't go around, I hope that this will be the final one before my journey pays off and I can be in Onderland again. I don't hope for too much and my goals are much smaller than they used to be. Right now I'm focused on cutting out and seeing where that leads me.

My Goals:
Here's what I hope to accomplish:

-To quit eating out of boredom
-Cut fatty/greasy foods
-Eat more veggies/fruits
-Lose at least 80lbs total
-Fit into a size 7 jean again
-Keep my motivation up instead of giving up 3 months after

Goals always change to adapt to your current situation and I hope that I can accomplish these so that I can set a new list of goals for myself.


My Program:
Cardio- Walk 30 min/ 3x a week; Biggest Loser Cardio on Wii

Stength- Biggest Loser Wii program

Yoga- 1 hr/3x a week

I love doing Yoga and it really works out muscles you don't think you have. Biggest Loser on Wii is the best cause it has it all on there.



Personal Information:
I'm from Indianapolis, IN but born down near the Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Very small town, but getting more mainstream.

I have a wonderful daughter who's hilarious and a great kid who will be in 2nd grade this year. Where is the time going?

I love reading, playing video games, photography, and watching tv.


Other Information:
My favorite books are Hitchhiker's Guide: series, Chronicles of Narnia series, Drizzt Do'Urden series, C. Harris's Dead Until Dark series ( HBO's True Blood Show as well)

I also love video games and tv series like Alphas (love Ryan Cartwright), Sherlock Holmes, Doctor Who, Spartacus (RIP Andy Whitfield), and so forth.

TY so much for the wonderful comment!! emoticon I know it sounds really cliche but if I can do it, then you definitely can too. I was iffy too at first since I hold a lot of weight in my stomach, but I'm so glad I went through with the weight loss. I know you'll be glad too and I know you can do it!!
