My Goals:
Being over 50, I find that it's harder to lose weight and maintain that weight. With a little help, I think I can reach my goals successfully. I need to eat healthier as well. I also am trying to stop smoking. I don't smoke very much and not for very long. Hopefully with some self discipline, another goal will be reached.
Personal Information:
I am from North Carolina. Well for the last 4 years I am. Lived in Ohio before that pretty much my whole life. I love it here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
