Hello, I'm a 26yo female from Arizona. I'm looking to lose weight, be more active and be healthy. I have a WONDERFUL fiance. He's my best friend, the best person in the world! :) We plan on getting married by next year and plan on starting our own family soon! :) I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. The last time I was under 200 lbs was probably in middle school. I've tried to lose weight before, but was never really motivated to do so, and I would eventually quit just after a few weeks. This year, I decided to make a change. I was at 281 (my heaviest!!!) and started a diet program on February 15th, 2008 (prefer not to say which one, unless you ask). Since Feb. I've lost 33 lbs. Not too shabby. But, like all "diets" I got tired of this one too, started slacking off a little because I didn't like the "options" I had. I realized that we all want a quick fix for everything, and a quick fix isn't always a permanent fix. I needed to make a lifestyle change! So now, its time to do it on my own. No meal replacements no nothing. Its back to real food, but healthy food. Healthy options and decisions... I am currently at 258 lbs, my main goal weight is around 140-150. Wish me luck! :)

My Goals:
1st goal: To get under 250 lbs! 2nd goal: To be more active and increase my workouts! 3rd goal: To get under 200 lbs! Main goal: To get to 150 lbs!!! :) Bonus goal: My fiance and I want a baby, so I want to be healthy for when that time comes!! :)
