My Goals:
My short term goal is to lose 9 lbs by November 1st which would bring me to 140. Ideally I'd like to get back to 135, and see what happens from there!

My Program:
nothing specific really, just eating between 1200 to 1500 calories a day, and trying to workout at least 4 times a week. Just started last week, so far so good!

Personal Information:
The most I've weighed was 159 two years ago. I did some serious dieting and exercise and got down to 135. Once I hit my goal somehow I lost all dicipline and eventually gained almost all of it back. I'm at 150 and trying to get back on track!

Other Information:
This site seems like it can be a great motivator!
