My Goals:
*Maintain my body weight
*Eat from 1200-1800 calories
*Try more of positive thinking instead of harsh criticism
*High- protein diet
*Cut back on sugar and sodium


My Program:
*Eat a healthy diet, high in fiber and protein, and low in sodium
*At least 6 small "meals" throughout the day
*Weigh-in once a week
*No heavy or high impact exercise
*Exercises: Ab lounge, dumbells
