Your mission should you choose to accept it... Go through the kitchen, throw out the junk, it hurts but you can do it! Get to store, get some fruits, veggies, wheat thins and peanut butter (always takes the edge off of my muchie pangs).
Start getting your water in, throw some fruit in there to jazz it up. Do a short Spark video to get you going.

Saw your daily check in today and wanted to let you know that you have done an amazing job. Sometimes after these indulgences, it take our bodies more time, especially in the winter when we are not as active to get the gain off. After a short vacation, I am trying to get the extra pounds off too. Keep at it. It will happen. Use each day to make a small step in the right direction. It will not happen all at once. Try joining a challenge to take your mind off of the scale and focus on a short-term goal that will help you lose the holiday weight. Keep up the good work! 993 days ago
Hi Ann, Something is amiss is you keep gaining and don't know why. Water retention? It's either time to see the doctor, or if you think it is something with your diet and activity level to track.
